Application Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of CNBeebay Ads Research, an internal market-research application operated by Yiwu Beebay Trade Co., Ltd.

Authorized use

The application is available only to CNBeebay personnel and other users expressly authorized by CNBeebay. Users must access only Google Ads accounts for which they have valid permission and must comply with applicable laws, Google's terms and Google Ads API policies.

Application scope

CNBeebay Ads Research supports read-only keyword, planning and reporting research. It is not a public campaign-management service and is not intended to create, edit or publish advertisements or campaigns.

User responsibilities

• Keep account credentials and authorized access secure.
• Do not attempt to bypass access limits or use another party's data without permission.
• Do not use outputs for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory purposes.
• Notify CNBeebay promptly if unauthorized access or a security issue is suspected.

Availability and changes

The application may be changed, suspended or withdrawn to maintain security, comply with platform requirements or support CNBeebay's business needs. Research outputs may contain estimates supplied by third-party services and should be reviewed before business decisions are made.

Termination and revocation

CNBeebay may terminate access when authorization ends, these terms are breached or continued access creates a security or compliance risk. Users may stop using the application and revoke its Google access at any time.

Privacy

Use of Google user data is governed by the Google Data Privacy Notice. Website inquiry data is governed by the Business Inquiry Privacy Notice.
